About this programme

This course takes you from understanding the events industry through to designing, planning, executing and evaluating a full event. Runs over three weeks, with one online and one physical session each week. You will learn the strategic, creative, operational, financial and leadership skills required to manage successful events — weddings, conferences, festivals, corporate events and experiential marketing campaigns. That includes building complete event plans with logistics, budgets and timelines, managing vendors and stakeholders, marketing an event to fill it, meeting legal and safety obligations, and using event technology and analytics. It closes with a final project: a complete event plan covering budget, marketing, operations, risk and timeline, presented live for feedback. Guest speakers from the industry, and certification in Event Management.
