By accessing our website or enrolling in any Almond Rouge programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment in any Almond Rouge programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of a programme unless a written instalment agreement has been made. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests made more than 14 days before a programme start date will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date are non-refundable, though participants may transfer their enrolment to a future cohort subject to availability. Almond Rouge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes; in such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer.

Programme Content

All course materials, curricula, and content provided by Almond Rouge are proprietary and protected by copyright. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any programme content without express written permission from Almond Rouge.

Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout all Almond Rouge programmes. Almond Rouge reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Almond Rouge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programmes. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant programme.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
